The Journey and obstacles of Chronic Illnesses: We are united - Communities Unite

Today In the last episode of the Communities Unite series I am joined with some great people. Kimberly, Morgan, Jess, Ella and Harrison all part of the Chronic Illness community. A great final line-up! Kimberly has Scleroderma, Raynaud's, Morgan has 34 Chronic Illness which is extraordinary if she get's 35th Morgan said she will be throwing a party! Ella has Cystic Fibrosis, and Jess who has Crohn's Disease and Harrison who is a Care giver for his Mum and friend, everyone's story is so emotional!
