The Journey from Cynic to Spiritual, Creating a Beautiful Life & Not Self-Sabotaging It

from How Good with Hannah Eve · host Hannah Eve

In this episode, I dive into my story & my spiritual journey. For most of my life, I've tried to make sense of my pain- I've tried to alchemize it into something meaningful, and tried to understand it so I wouldn’t have to relive it again.I grew up without faith, without spirituality, and with a lot of unanswered questions surrounding trauma, loss, abandonment, an eating disorder, a toxic relationships and more. For a long time, I wondered if getting older just meant suffering more?In this episode, I share (some of) my story, simply because hearing other people's stories really helped when I was in a dark place, and I know the true power of hearing people's stories of transformation. In this episode, I talk about how I went from being a full-blown skeptic (basically an atheist teaching manifestation through neuroscience) to developing spirituality that actually made sense to me - spirituality rooted in values, evidence, lived experience, and results. We’ll explore how science doesn’t create truth, it simply reveals what already exists, and why blending the spiritual with the practical is the most powerful way to create real change. This episode is about breaking generational patterns, understanding trauma without getting stuck in it, expanding your capacity to receive, and learning how to hold the life you’ve worked so hard to manifest (without self-sabotage).If you’ve ever wanted more... more love, more peace, more beauty, more abundance... but felt conflicted about spirituality, success, or desire- this one is for you.Your action step at the end is simple, grounded, and designed to actually work <3 Hope you enjoy.
