Based out of US, Silvia is responsible for facilitating the Strategy process from conception to deployment, engaging the organization towards the Product Supply Vision.  In this episode we explore Silvia’s journey to the US, staying focused on her career, but most importantly how she navigates the tough conversations and decisions with her family at the fore front. Silvia reminds us she is human too. In fact, outside of her day job her favorite thing in life is being a wife and mother. In addition, she is a large advocate for bringing teams together, diversity and inclusion begins within. There is so much space to learn from each other, we need to use it.
