The Journey Pt. 5:“Strange Fruit”

The intersectionality between chattel slavery, and todays modern mental slavery’s functioning is all but blasphemous to both, God’s grace on us as humans and the suffering of sojourners from histories past. Modern marriage disregards the suffering of our ancestors, in the fight for freedom and equality to marry under God and rightly live as “freed” equals in society. Though lynchings are illegal, the enslavement of the mental and spiritual states of many by the vices of the enemy of our souls oft leaves one to modernly appear as STRANGE FRUIT.
