The Talk of Fame Podcast got to talk with Grace Patterson! Grace caught the acting bug at nine years old after being cast in a school theater production. She subsequently trained with the Children's Theater of Dallas, appearing in several stage productions before developing what would later become a passion for on-screen acting. Grace has starred in multiple Lifetime Movies: Cheer For Your Life, College Professor Obsession, Spring Break Nightmare, Secrets On Greek Now, and more. Grace most recently wrote her memoir, Am I Perfect Yet?: Finding Fullness in My Authentic Self, which was released this month. “ Am I Perfect Yet?: Finding Fullness in My Authentic Self follows the story of delving into the journey of Grace Patterson as she confronts the demons of eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, and the relentless pursuit of perfection. Grace's story takes readers through the highs and lows of her life, from her time as a college cheerleader to her experiences as a semi-pro and professional cheerleader, where the pressure to conform to society's beauty standards intensified her struggles. In addition to writing her memoir, Grace enjoys acting and producing her next film with her husband Britt at their production company and spending quality time with friends and family.
