Kim is a  This Naked Mind Certified Alcohol Addiction Coach, NLP Practitioner, yoga, breath and meditation teacher and retreat provider.  Kim specialises in therapy for alcohol, anxiety and stress related problems for both women and men.  Kim is a mother of 2 young boys and has worked in the corporate world of construction as a senior project manager for close to 20 years.   Kim found her social drinking and sugar habit turned into a coping mechanism and then addiction,  to help her get through the stress of work and life.  It finally took its toll, having an incident with one of her infant children, she made the unwavering decision to stop drinking and go on a journey of self-discovery and realisation.
