Helen shares her journey of becoming a homeopath.The first time I ever heard about and used Homeopathy was when I was suffering from post natal depression, (but I did not know that!) I had two children 18 months and 3 and I thought the way I felt was normal. The tiredness, the tears, the pain, the mood swings and I thought it was all due to sleep deprivation and having two busy young children, but, I compared myself to other mums and realised that it was not normal. I saw a Homeopath and my life changed completely. That was in 1987.I went from carrying around burden of a black cloud and heaviness to feeling light and hopeful, in the space of a week.
