THE JOY OF DISCOVERY

Proverbs 25:2 (KJV) It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter. God takes pleasure in hiding things. His intention is not to keep them from you but for you to experience the joy of discovering all He has provided for you. He has made it easy because He has hidden everything in His Word. The Bible contains esoteric knowledge: mysteries of God that are kept hidden from unbelievers but are freely given to His children. All that you need is wrapped up in the Word. All you have to do is find the Word you need!   It is not just truth but the truth you know that makes you free in your health, finances, relationships, spirit, and every other area that requires salvation or deliverance. Spoon-fed Christians are limited to the knowledge that is given to them via other people who teach and preach the Word but the mature Christian understands that God’s design is for you to supplement what you are taught by "searching out a matter” for yourself.  That’s what kings do. So, when you need truth on a particular subject, circumstance, or issue that you want changed, search for it in the Word. The Holy Spirit will see to it that you find what you need, and you will never be disappointed. So, cheer up! The Word works! PROPHETIC DECLARATION The Word is forming the character of Christ in me.
