He currently leads the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practice at Genesys. Eric has held a variety of leadership roles at companies including Genesys Professional Services, Alcatel-Lucent and Ericsson, where he has driven employee resource groups focused on the unique challenges African Americans face in corporate settings.
