The Kid & his love for “Funkytown”

from JustNTine ( Say Something that Means Something) · host JustNTine

On Today's episode I have a one on one conversation with TCU's Freshman Defensive Tackle, Sterling Brooks. We discussed what the recruiting process was like for him and his experience as a freshman with TCU's cultural coaches and teammates. We also discussed how he is giving back, his role models, what he has learned since he has been on campus and more. Mr. Brooks gives us insight into his three year goals and plans. Mr. Brooks grew up in the Stop Six area of Fort Worth, TX. He is an Graduate of North Crowley High School. Listening to this young man's testimony will inspire many young people to believe in themselves, to work hard toward their dreams, to never give up and that having a better life is possible.
