The King is back, what is most likely to???

on this episode me and Jake have a chat about our weeks and what we have been up to, how training has gone etc. we then chat about Jakob Ingebritsons comeback where he raced the European championships and won the 5k, it was almost as though he had never left despite not racing for 11 months. We then also have a chat about some silly things like which pro triathlete and Hyrox athlete would last longest on love Island! :) and who would be worse to go on a stag do with and a few others. we also speak about how my race went the other wek with Jordan Stanton who weighs 104kg where I had to put a 20kg weighted vest on to race him. we finish the episode chatting about a workout which you could do during the week?
