She tells a real life story of her experience with having her husband abandon her after 5 years of being together. As a single mom of 3 girls, she struggled with caring for them financially, providing support, and having the basic resources needed to keep the family sustainable and together. She worked two jobs to help to meet the basic necessity. Her nearest family members was her mom of whom was sickly, but her support system in nurturing her children. Coming from Jamaica where she attended her grandfather's church on occasions gave her the roots that she needed to know that there was a God of Redemption and Salvation. She later transitioned into America in which was an opportunity to better herself and her family, although the transition required adapting to a different culture she survives. Rose committed her life to Jesus Christ after facing many obstacles, false relationships and temptations in life. Through the empowering and equipping grace of God, Rose was able to overcome. Rose desires to see that the family as a whole maximize their full potential.
