The Kingdom of God is Near to Us: Session 14 "Creation and the Liturgy"

from St Peters Orthodox Church · host St. Peter Orthodox Church

God is a God Who longs to reveal Himself to His people so that they may truly know Him. This has always been true in the way that God has given instruction and wisdom as to how His people should worship Him. The design of the tabernacle and temple, the design of post-Pentecost temples, the liturgical seasons that celebrate and remember Him, and even the Scriptures assigned to the worship and remembrance of God have always been an important means by which God reveals Himself to His beloved. Today we examine all of this so that we might now how to look for Him and see Him as He reveals Himself to us as we worship Him.
