The Kingdom of Heaven is Like... | Forgiven People are Forgiving People | Matthew 18:21-35

Jesus is a masterful storyteller and teacher. In response to a question about how many times we should forgive our brothers and sisters, Jesus tells the Parable of the Unforgiving Servant. It's a challenging story, meant to help us recognise how much we have been forgiven by God, contrasted with the comparatively little we have to forgive others. This message explores 5 aspects of forgiveness and to help us understand God's will for us - that forgiven people are forgiving people.Forgiveness can be incredibly difficult at times, however it's something that God demonstrates over and over to us, and the expectation is that we do likewise as we follow Jesus as our saviour, example and Lord.
