Andrew Logie is an Assistant Professor at the University of Helsinki. His research interests include popular and pseudo historiography pertaining to early Korea and northern East Asia, and comparative historiography. A graduate of the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, he completed his Ph.D. at the University of Helsinki with a postdoctoral period spent at Leiden University. His doctoral thesis comprises a survey of popular Korean historiography from the 13th century to the present.
