Max then describes how he also managed to modernize his supply chain and make it less harmful and more transparent. Max and Ian talk about the Laces Program and what it is doing that it makes it so unique and special. Ian and Max discuss another program, that being of bringing old shoes back and therefore in a way recycling them. Max then talks more about the packaging and what has done with that and how it also makes the company more sustainable.
