The Land of 2nd Chances

Send us Fan MailRemember that old adage, "If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try again?" Trying again is in the hands of the person required to try. Sometimes the barrier in trying again is the one who holds the opportunity for the 2nd chance.I recently experienced the bliss that comes from giving a 2nd chance to someone who was beyond grateful for the opportunity. It can be a hard decision on the part of someone allowing a 2nd chance and also a scary "gift" on the part of the person receiving the 2nd chance. Risk is a given on both sides. Whatever side you have been on, there is always something to be learned, just as there is when no 2nd chance is given. I am always for a 2nd chance. Not everyone is. That is ok. The most important thing is whatever hand we are dealt, we gain wisdom only when we embrace the learning.Thanks for listening!
