Lorne began his career in beauty working in Global Marketing and Product Development at L’Oreal and Estee Lauder, before moving to Luxury Brand Partners to lead Formula and Packaging Innovation for brands like R+Co, IGK, and One/Size by Patrickstarrr, present in Ulta, Sephora, Cult Beauty, Mecca, Douglas, and other prestige retailers across the world. Lorne was asked to serve as the Product Development Mentor for the inaugural Ulta MUSE Accelerator in 2022, and is the President of the Western Aerosol Information Bureau (WAIB) and a Board Member of the Household & Commercial Products Association (HCPA).
