Dhwani Shah's film, "Sapling" won the First Prize in the Short Film Competition in the International Mobile Film Festival in San Diego. Dhwani and her team attended the festival in person in April 2024. I had an introspective conversation with Dhwani about filmmaking and the making of her winning film.
