The Laser Beam from Outer Space

This story was inspired by the first episode of "Jonny Quest" (entitled "The Mystery of the Lizard Men") when the bad guys swung a laser cannon in the direction of Dr. Quest's ship. Our Webcor reel-to-reel tape recorder's erase head was faulty and this allowed me to experiment with overdubbing way before I had ever heard of the concept. I believe my old pal Joey Lava is also included in this recording. I could have recorded this any time after September 18, 1964 (first airing of "Jonny Quest"). I don't recall knowing Joey that early, so I probably recorded this after the Jonny Quest rerelease in 1967 when I was 9 years old.
