THE LAST BOY SCOUT (1991) Movie Reaction! | First Time Watch | Damon Wayans | Bruce Willis

The CinePals team (Jaby and Achara) are back to react to The Last Boy Scout, the 1991 action-thriller classic about a disgraced former Secret Service agent who teams up with a washed-up, ex-pro quarterback to investigate a massive, corrupt sports-gambling conspiracy following the murder of a stripper. The duo breaks down the movie’s legendary, peak-90s snappy dialogue, explosive set pieces, and the unforgettable, mismatched buddy-cop chemistry that defined an entire era of action cinema. This cult-classic thriller was directed by Tony Scott (Top Gun, Crimson Tide, True Romance, Beverly Hills Cop II, Man on Fire) and written by Shane Black (Lethal Weapon, Iron Man 3, Predator, The Nice Guys, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang). The movie stars action icon Bruce Willis (Die Hard, The Sixth Sense, Pulp Fiction, Unbreakable, Armageddon, The Fifth Element) as the cynical private investigator, alongside Damon Wayans (In Living Color, My Wife and Kids, Major Payne, Lethal Weapon TV series, Blankman) as the disgraced football star, with memorable supporting performances by Halle Berry (X-Men, John Wick: Chapter 3, Monster's Ball, Die Another Day, Catwoman) and Taylor Negron (Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Angels in the Outfield, Bio-Dome, Stuart Little).
