The Last Meeting of the Week - EDGAR SANUY (11)

EDGAR SANUY is one of those people that you regret not seeing more. He is the Executive Chef for Epicurean Group in Hong Kong, a photographer, a new dad and someone with who conversation flows and tests the limit of our equipment. It was great to know more about his life and to exchange different perceptions of, apparently, controversial topics like the relationship between Spain and Catalonia.
