The theme of this year's Organ Donor Awareness Week is "Share Your Wishes." We're being encouraged to talk to our loved ones about organ donation, carry an organ donor card, have the digital organ donor card app, or allow Code 115 to be included on our driver's licence.Nicole and Chloe Grier's mother Martina passed away ten years ago, and went on to save five lives through her organs being donated.
