Leo and Maya ride the Giggler Express to the Cloud Castle, where they discover a sad purple cloud is overwhelmed by the weight of keeping a lonely star, moon, and rainbow safe. Guided by Mr. Puff, the friends use their mind-reading tickets to realize the cloud needs help sharing its burden, but they must first brave a grumpy storm cloud named Grumble who is trying to block their path with a swirling vortex.
