During the interview we talked about focusing on the positive energy instead of being overcome by the negativity and setbacks we face. It's not that we ignore the negativity or act like it doesn't exist but once you set your mind on your goal you cannot let any minor distractions throw you off your course. What you put out into the universe will come back to you whether that be positively or negativity the choice is up to you. You have a hand in creating your reality and by using the law of attraction it creates a state of mindfulness where you can create the life that you want for yourself with intention.
