There were 1809 patients in the leadless pacemaker arm compared to a historical cohort of transvenous pacemakers with 2667 patients. The study found no leadless pacemaker removals due to infection. The overall complication rate at 60 months was 4.5%, and the system revision rate at 60 months was 4.9%.
