Episode 3: In this episode, we talk about ‘awareness’, and how taking time to stop to pay attention to to the things that are going on around us can help us notice the way we are are feeling and how this can develop the skill of empathy. We liken ourselves to an iceberg where only a small proportion is visible to the outside world, and how our deeper emotions and personality traits can often be unknown to both ourselves and others until we begin to raise our awareness. We explore how we learn and grow more when in safe and supportive environments.
