The Leadership Episode

My fellow leaders, there aren’t many topics that have been written about more than leadership. In the past 2 years of traveling around the country meeting with owners, executives, and directors, I’ve seen countless leadership books on desks, posters in conference rooms, and have had hundreds of conversations with those who have the hard job of leading a group of people.

I’m a guy that needs things to be simple, so today I’m thrilled to release The Leadership Episode that gets into the four key behaviors I believe every great leader needs to master:

A great leader defines and aligns
A great leader listens
A great leader serves
A great leader is a source of courage

Thrilled because I know there are so many like me who are on the constant pursuit of being a better leader. Over the years I’ve been encouraged by countless leaders who have taken the time to share their thoughts and insights. Today, I hope that mine will encourage and advance both your thinking and action.
