Today's conversation between Chad Kneller, Martevious Young and I is in response to an amazing message from Michael Todd on leadership pace. Here are some of the high points: Many of us aren't as successful (internally) as we look on the outside. If you take a look at the pace you've set for yourself, is it sustainable? Are you running at 100m pace and trying to maintain it for the marathon? Jesus never ran to his next appointment and yet accomplished everything he was supposed to accomplish in three years.  Striving is running and wearing yourself out. Striding is taking long, steady and decisive steps that you can do for the long term. The pace of grace is where you get great results and genuine rest.  Are you creating a leadership environment that other people can model and emulate? Pace allows you to have margin so that you don't miss the moments, meanings and the miracles that are RIGHT in front of your eyes. The right pace allows you to be PRESENT. A vision never happens unless it gets written down... then get verbal and share it with someone so they can hold you accountable!  Pace = Peace and true peace is real prosperity!  If you prefer to watch this episode on YouTube, check it out here: https://youtu.be/2Ffyie7_ByQ
