The Leapfrog Group marks the 10th anniversary of its national Hospital Safety Grade report

Because of this, America’s hospitals have made tremendous improvements—and have the potential to make similar strides during the next 10 years. Yet, over 500 people die of preventable errors, every day, in U-S hospitals.
