Behavior change is difficult and requires a supportive environment and continuous reinforcement to overcome the status quo bias.    ·      Continuous Learning is a Marathon, Not a Sprint: Soft skills like communication and feedback are not mastered in a single session; they require ongoing, deliberate practice and development over time to become a natural part of a leader's identity.
