We're discussing what I believe to be the most well-known and accepted yet least understood five-fold ministry, the pastor or shepherd. Why? Every five-fold ministry is an extension of who Jesus is, yet too many pastors/shepherds are disconnected from their flocks, mere hirelings, which is very un-Christ-like.
