Progressive presidential candidate Kamala Harris has suggested that if elected President of the United States she would propose and support "red flag law" legislation that would create "domestic terrorism prevention orders"; allowing law enforcement to temporarily restrict a person's access to legally owned weapons should they feel the person is a danger.
