The Legend of Tadayori.

from naeemulnepun 3Speak Podcast · host naeemulnepun

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=naeemulnepun/13c83152 After enjoying a peaceful sunrise, I learned of the legendary armor of Tadayori Nagao from a peasant. I traveled to find the musician Yamato, who spoke of Tadayori's peaceful death and his vanished armor. Following clues about a "violet crown," I fought through bandits in northern Azamo to begin searching for the legendary gear. I found a small group of peasants living by the beachside after taking a moment to enjoy a beautiful sunrise. It looked like they were gathered to start working for the day, so I approached to see if they had any news. One of the peasants spoke of the tale of Tadayori, a legendary archer whose armor was said to grant incredible power. Jin expressed interest in the story, and the peasant suggested I seek out a musician named Yamato for the full legend. The peasant told me Yamato could be found near the river that separates the region from Tsutsu. I wasted no time and started riding toward the spot, eager to track down this piece of history. I rode for a long time, choosing to ignore the various Mongol patrols and bandits scattered along the road. I eventually found the musician telling his stories to some peasants. I spoke to Yamato, and he recounted the legend of Tadayori Nagao. He described how the hero saved Tsushima from a pirate invasion and mentioned that his famous armor simply vanished after he passed away peacefully at home. Yamato mentioned the few surviving writings about Tadayori refer to a "violet crown" in northern Azamo where he used to meditate. With this clue in mind, the Legend of Tadayori officially began, and I started traveling north. On my way, I ran into some groups of Mongol. I wasn't looking for a distraction, so I pushed my horse to the limit to escape them as they tried to charge me for a fight. Once I reached the search area in northern Azamo, I was forced into a fight with a group of bandits. They were guarding the fields of violet flowers I needed to investigate, so I had to clear them out first. When only the last bandit remained, I decided to test out my new smoke bomb. I threw it at his feet and moved in for a cool-looking assassination while he was blinded by the smoke. If you like the post, feel free to like, comment & share. I will soon come with another post.
