Her father had drowned when she was a baby, and her mother had a severe, untreated mental illness. All of this left Stephynie eager to be free of insecurity, upheaval and unknowing, and she created a life, a career, and a family. After studying Behavioral Science at California State University, she began her career in Strategic Alliances, Partnerships, and Business Development prior to starting SMALIK Enterprises, where she serves her clients with: Crisis/Reputation Management Executive Coaching Business Process Improvement Over time, she developed a “No Plan B Mentality,” as well as the importance of getting people uncomfortable, as well as being a straight shooter during the hiring process.
