These thoughts circle like storms, making it hard to see clearly. But God's Word cuts through the noise with a different voice—one of truth, love, and freedom. Jesus said, "You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free" (John 8:32). The truth is, you are never alone. God promises, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5). The truth is, you don't have to have it all together. He says, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9). When anxiety lies, remind yourself of who God is—your refuge, your shepherd, your peace. Breathe in His promises. Say them out loud if you need to. Freedom doesn't come from trying harder; it comes from trusting the One who holds you steady. Prayer: Lord, when anxiety lies to me, help me to hear Your voice of truth. Anchor my heart in Your peace and set me free.
