George Goddard is an Industrial Relations Practitioner and Trade Unionist who studied at St. Mary’s College (Saint Lucia), Saint Lucia Teachers’ College (now Div. Of Teacher Education, Sir Arthur Lewis Community College) and is the holder of an MBA degree (distinction) from Cave Hill School of Business, UWI Barbados. Marcus Mosiah Garvey Jr. was a Jamaican political activist, publisher, journalist, entrepreneur, and orator. He was the founder and first President-General of the Universal Negro Improvement Association and African Communities League, through which he declared himself Provisional President of Africa.
