Intro: I discussed something that we sometimes do out of ego without even understanding that we're doing it and what this is is taking people's pain into our bodies and reflecting it back to them without letting it go ever and even when they're past their own pain we keep reflecting that pain back to them. now I have people do this to me several times and it results in empathy at first and as it goes over time it devolves into pity and this is one of the most horrible things you could do to another person so I wanted to bring this up into everybody's awareness so that we could clear it and stop people from doing it to us and stop ourselves from doing it to others. My big example here is the holding the image of Jesus on the cross repeatedly for 2,000 years when the man hasn't been on the cross in a very long time he's was only there for a day and there's no reason for us to energetically hold him there continuously it's not love or devotion it's just ..wrong and hurtful.
