The Life of Union with Christ

What does it actually mean to abide in Christ? As the Holy 50 Days come to a close, this sermon calls us to take inventory of our spiritual lives and ask a serious question: Have we truly encountered the risen Christ, or have we simply gone through the motions? Drawing from John 14–15, Fr. Elijah explores Christ’s invitation to become one with Him through the Eucharist, prayer, repentance, and a life of abiding communion. The Christian life is not about trying harder on our own strength. It is about union with Christ, receiving His life so that we may fulfill His commandments, bear fruit, and live the power of the resurrection.
