Anand Parekh is the founder and owner of Hot Yoga and a self confessed Yogi. As a child Anand grew up practicing yoga in its various forms, however he always questioned the true meaning of life and the purpose of his being on earth! This curiosity led him to delve deeper into the philosophy and practices of yoga. As a youth leader Anand has voluntarily been teaching and practicing yoga for over 10 years. As a result he realised his passion in life and how yoga encourages you to reflect on yourself to find inner peace and how it exercises not just your body but your mind as well. Anand understands that yoga is a way of life and each day his interest in the development of the self grows and Yoga is the key that is guiding him to understand the true nature of his inner being! In 2017 Anand founded hot yoga Nottingham with his wife Davina. The only dedicated Hot Yoga Studio in Nottingham City Centre with state of the art infrared heating systems. At Hot Yoga Nottingham, they believe that hot yoga is for everyone — for people of all ages and all walks of life. Their mission is to be a hub for positive change in the local community and give you the opportunity to experience authentic yoga practices.
