In this most interactive Poddy I spoke with the luminescent Sian Pascale about her journey into yoga as a means to deal with the blinding stress of being an Architecture student, a path that took her to India and transformed her into an embodied and knowledge full Yoga teacher. We got deep and interactive with Pranayama techniques and i got to show off my skills as a Mantra nerd.
