The Light of God's Favor

Many people boast of experiencing God’s favor - without really understanding the true nature of it. We compare our good days to another person’s bad days, which leads to a firm belief that God is smiling in our direction.But what if God’s favor is about more than just our sense of personal benefit?What if God’s best for us turns out to be the least convenient to us?If we affirm ourselves on the basis of our own limited understanding of “blessing,” then we risk missing out on the true meaning of the favor of God.
