THE LIGHT THAT SHINES THROUGH YOU Matthew 5:16 “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” It always seems to amaze me the way a simple life can still shine bright. Out here in what I call our Tennessee way of living, folks may not always remember every word you say, but they’ll remember how you carried yourself, how you treated people, and what kind of spirit follows you into a room. Jesus said to let your light shine, but notice He did not say shine so folks will praise you. He said let them see your good works so they will glorify your Father in heaven. The Light that reflects our deeds in life is meant to shine through us, not on us. Intro Music By: Mike Outland
