Will McInnes is a passionate voice on 21st century business and how the internet is radically changing our personal behaviour, our organizations and our society. His new book Culture Shock provides an inspirational guide for better ways to do business in the 21st century. The company he founded, NixonMcInnes, is a pioneering social business consultancy which itself is constantly experimenting with its own radical management practices and has been recognised by WorldBlu as one of the most democratic workplaces in the world. Will is a non-executive director of Wired Sussex, which supports the development of the digital business community in Brighton. Will is married with two energetic young boys, is a mountain biking geek, loves camping and eating far too much curry. At this breakfast Will talks about what makes him tick, how he came to be doing what he does today and his hopes for the future: both professionally and personally.
