Kennedy Brooks gave Oklahoma fans a scare this week when it was revealed that he had not been with the team since June. As it turns out the star running back was under a Title IX investigation and not able to be with the team for summer workouts.  That investigation has ended and Brooks is back with the team but the entire ordeal caused us to take a deep look at Oklahoma's talent at the running back position.
