The Long Night

from Flipping Tables · host Julie Sexton

In this episode we pick up at the end of the Last Supper and walk through the long night Jesus endured on the way to the cross. I tried to set the scene so that we can consider what condition the disciples were in, and just who was around to cry out for Jesus to be crucified.  We came away from this lesson with more adoration for Jesus and with more compassion for the disciples. Join us for the long night that happened one cool spring night under a full Passover moon. The Jerusalem streets were quiet, and the sun rises to Jesus on His way outside the city to be crucified. By 3:00 in the afternoon, it is finshed. Mark 14:27-72 Mark 15 Join our email list, here. Subscribe, rate, and review our podcast.
