The Longing to be Enjoyed

from First15 Devotional · host First15

All of us have insatiable longings that can only be satisfied in communion with our heavenly Father. The longing to be enjoyed, fascinated, to gaze upon beauty, and to be someone great are driving forces within each of us. The longing to experience intimacy without shame, to be wholehearted, and to make a deep and lasting impact resound within each of us at the foundation of who we are. God created these longings knowing that they can only be fully satisfied in him—that they would be avenues to deeper relationship with him. As we look at each of these longings individually this week, I pray your heart would find its fulfillment in the loving nearness of your heavenly Father.Click here to get your copy of "The Perfect Christmas" today!More from First15Read today's devotional or listen to today's worship song at First15.org/todayDownload the First15 appDonate to First15 at supportfirst15.orgFirst15 is a brand ofDenison Ministries.

Marathi Aarti Sangrah | मराठी आरती संग्रह Rajshri Entertainment Private Limited Aarti (आरती) is a devotional song sung to show devotion towards a deity and to Glorify a deity. Aarti is sung during Ritual of Aarti, in which flame is offered to deity. Aarti is a Hindi word and it is also spelled Arti, Arati or Arathi. The word Aarti is derived from the Sanskrit word Aratrika (आरात्रिक), which means something that removes darkness. MRE Podcast MRE Podcast This is a daily devotional podcast for those who want more of God's Word each day. I read the Word and share my insights from the Word. You might ask why do I do this? In the wilderness, the Israelites had to depend on daily mana from heaven to live. They couldn't eat yesterday's nor keep them for the next day. They always lived on the fresh mana each day. We also need to live by the fresh word of God each day. However, often we skip a meal and live on the past encounters with God. Someone of us gets too busy to eat or someone us do not know how or where to start. We need fresh encounters each day with the Lord so that the love of Christ will overflow to others. That's what I am doing, doing my quiet time and feasting and sharing the food with people.
