THE LORD HEARS YOUR CRY!

from The Kingdom Of God First Podcast. · host Tewe Kolade Felix

Scripture: "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles." — Psalm 34:17 (NIV) Message: Life often brings moments of distress, pain, and uncertainty, but as children of God, we have a powerful assurance—when we cry out to Him, He hears us. Psalm 34:17 reminds us that God is not distant or indifferent to our struggles. He listens attentively and responds with love and deliverance. Sometimes, when we face trials, we may wonder if God is truly listening. Yet His Word assures us that He is near to those who call upon Him with sincerity. Our prayers do not go unheard, and no tear we shed is wasted. He is a compassionate Father who sees, understands, and moves on our behalf. God’s deliverance may not always come in the way we expect, but His timing and methods are always perfect. Whether He grants immediate relief, provides strength to endure, or leads us through a process of healing, we can trust that He is working all things for our good. Today, ask yourself: Am I bringing my burdens before the Lord in faith, trusting that He hears me? Do I believe that His response is always perfect, even when I don’t see immediate answers? Prayer: Almighty Father, thank You for always hearing my cries. When I face troubles, help me to trust in Your love and deliverance. Strengthen my faith to believe that You are working even when I cannot see it. I surrender my burdens to You, knowing that You are faithful. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
