April 29, 2024   Daily Devotion:   "The Lord Will Fulfill His Promises"   Luke 1:45 New International Version   45 Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!”   How firm is your faith when the desires of your heart are unmet? What about when your prayers seem to be unanswered for longer than you imagined? When we’re in the middle of barren places, it can feel impossible to imagine that one day our prayers may still be answered. We may never see all the places God is at work. We may never understand why we’ve had to wait for an answer. But we can choose to remain steadfast in our faith. We can look back at all God has done and praise Him for His faithfulness. When we remember God’s faithfulness and praise Him for His goodness, we set our hope on His ability and willingness to act on our behalf. In Him, nothing is impossible.
