The Lord's Prayer - Lead Us

In the last lesson in this series, we look at the final phrase of the Lord’s prayer, “Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one.” Jesus here is instructing us on how we should pray in the midst of a test, not a math test, but a hardship or difficulty that presents us with a choice: be a reflection of your Father in heaven, or don’t. Jesus wants us to pray that we would resist temptation and the evil that we can choose amid a test and take the opportunity to grow. But this will only happen if we have a correct view of our Father in heaven.
